The following terms and conditions apply when you place an order through Marja Entrichs (556184-6287) webshop at www.marjaentrich.com and its associated pages.

You order your goods through our webshop, marjaentrich.com. A purchase agreement is entered into when Marja Entrich sends an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided at the time of ordering. You must be at least 18 years old to shop in Marja Entrich's webshop.

All goods at Marja Entrich are listed including VAT. You can find the total price for your entire order, including shipping, in the shopping cart. To complete a purchase on our website, you must agree to Marja Entrich's terms and conditions. Your agreement takes place at the time of purchase and means that you agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety, that you have read all the information, and that you consent to the handling of cookies and personal data in accordance with Marja Entrich's privacy policy.

Offers and discounts

All offers are valid while supplies last. During any campaigns and promotions, regular prices apply to other products. Different discounts and offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Free products may be subject to exchange. We reserve the right to correct obviously incorrect prices or to discontinue sales.

Reservations

Marja Entrich reserves the right to correct any errors in product and price information and reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The information includes, but is not limited to, prices, delivery times, stock status, and product availability, product descriptions, and product images. Marja Entrich also reserves the right to adjust, refuse, or cancel your order after it has been placed. If payment for a canceled order has already been made, Marja Entrich will refund the amount as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after cancellation.

Payment

Placing an order entails payment liability for the goods you have ordered. Payment can be made with Visa and Mastercard, Swish, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Delivery and shipping

Domestic
We deliver to the address you provided in the order. If the parcel cannot fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to the door or in a bag on the mailbox. When the parcel is delivered to the door, it will be photographed, and the image will be available to the sender and the recipient. If the mail carrier considers that it cannot be left outside the door, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. Once the package has been delivered there, a notification will be sent to you. When delivering to a pickup point, you must have provided a correct mobile number at the time of ordering to receive an SMS notification. Your package will be held at the pickup point in accordance with PostNord's procedures. For purchases under SEK 1,000, a shipping fee will apply unless otherwise stated.

International
Marja Entrich also delivers to Europe. For international deliveries, a shipping fee always applies, and the delivery time may vary depending on the country.

Delivery time
The delivery is dispatched by us on the next business day. The delivery time is normally 1–5 business days. We reserve the right to delays during major campaigns or holidays. If your goods are unexpectedly delayed in processing by us, we will contact you.

Backordered items
If any/some of the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone. You can then choose whether you want to wait for these goods, exchange the goods for other products, or cancel the backordered goods entirely.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the Distance Contracts Act. You have the opportunity to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order. Always contact us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase and before returning the goods. This also applies if you wish to exchange products.

Cancellation

If the order has not yet been dispatched by us, you can cancel your order by contacting us. However, if we have already shipped the goods, you have the opportunity to return unopened and unused goods in the manner described under the heading Complaints & returns. Ordered goods that are not picked up from the pickup point will be charged SEK 200.

Complaints & returns

Complaints
As a customer, you are obliged to inspect and check that the delivery matches what you ordered before opening the packaging/breaking the seal on the product or products. You must also inspect that the product is intact. This should be done as soon as you receive the order, and if there is unfortunately something wrong with your product or your order, you need to contact us.

Return
When returning an item, you as the buyer are responsible for the condition of the product until it is delivered to us. The goods must be packed in sturdy packaging that ensures the product and, if applicable, the box the product is in, remain intact when returned to us. This is a prerequisite for us to approve the return. Keep in mind that some padded envelopes may be too thin to keep the product intact. You pay the return shipping fee yourself.

Value deduction
If you have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary, Marja Entrich has the right to make a value deduction of up to 100% of the product's price. The value deduction is determined in each individual case depending on the type of product you purchased and the depreciation that has occurred due to the handling.

Refund
Once we have approved that the product, including the box and accessories, is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product. The goods you return must be unused and the packaging unbroken. You must return the goods so that they are with us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
